Welcome
to the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba

MDAM is a non-profit organization originally founded by Gwen Finnen in 1983 as the Society for Depression & Manic Depression of Manitoba. Since then we have operated throughout the province of Manitoba supporting those affected by mood disorders and to their friends, families and caregivers.

MDAM is holding a GALA DINNER "IN THE MOOD" on March 6, 2010 at the St. Charles Country Club. Honourary Co-Chairs are Donna Burner and Melanie Sifton.

Dance to Ron Paley and his orchestra, with black tie dress optional. There will be a Live Auction and Awards honouring Helping Hands Award recipients who have contributed to Mood Disorders education, public awareness, suicide prevention, peer support, stigma reduction or have exceptional lived experience. Proceeds will go towards Youth and Depression.

Tickets are $150 per person; please call MDAM at 204-786-0987 or 1-800-263-1480 to reserve your table today.
